Groveland is a small town with few staff. Streets were often picked for paving because of complaints, and the highway superintendent had to show a skeptical select board a better way.

After Cyvl rated the town's roads, he showed the data live at a televised select board meeting, asking Cyvl's AI assistant how many potholes the town had. He used Cyvl data to show how roads would decline at current funding, and the board agreed to find more money to pave more roads. He also pulled a list of all the utility cuts for crews to check, and set up a page where residents can look up their street's rating.

I showed them what it would take for us to start actually making better roads, and then they're like, oh, we're gonna find more money and we're going to pave more roads.
