Broomfield adopted standard pavement scores for every street and renewed Cyvl for a second year.

Broomfield, CO79,000 residents

Every street now has a standard pavement score, timed after paving season so it reflects that year's work.

Broomfield had never rated its streets on the PCI scale; it used a different system based on remaining service life. Staff asked Cyvl to map the streets in September, after paving season, so the scores would reflect that year's work.

Cyvl scored every street in 30-foot sections, rolled up to the city's own segments, with street photos at each spot. Broomfield renewed for a second year. Next, staff want help with the 10-year paving plan they now keep by hand in a spreadsheet.

We're very happy with the platform. We think it's great. Our plan is to keep it for a very long time.
